Answers to Your Questions…
How does it work for the Aesthetic Practitioner
Firstly, you will need to send into us your details on the above form or email us at support@prescribingservice.com, where we will help as much as we can. We require your location and postcode, email and telephone number so that we can contact you. Once you have been accepted we will look at prescribing partners to connect you with in your location and in your area. You will need to register with PSUK prior to us finding you a prescriber, there is a fee for this service and is outlined on the website.
PSUK will require your professional qualifications and aesthetic certification, your current insurance policy and your professional registration number if appropriate. We also have insurance intermediaries who can help.
Are there any fees to pay
There are annual registration fees for both the Aesthetic Practitioner and the Prescribing Professional. PSUK do not request a ‘fee per prescription’; you could say this is a finder’s fee which enables us to invest our time into doing essential checks for you and improve your profitability for your business. We ensure compliance within a mainly non regulated industry. There is a one off fee, then a monthly subscription. We are not connected to any pharmacies, but can recommend pharmacies and a reputable insurance company whether you’re a medic or non medic.
How does it work for the Prescriber
Firstly, you will need to complete the contact form above. You will need to register with PSUK; we require a one-off fee for this, and then a monthly subscription. We can then match you to our ‘non prescribing partners’ throughout the UK and in the locations that will work for you. We will search our data base of Aesthetic Practitioners in your location or the area you would be willing to travel. We connect you to them, and then you take it from there.
All fee’s, prescriptions and appointments are done between you and the aesthetic practitioner. Currently, Prescribers on our database have agreed to a consultation fee of £30 per client, to carry out their ‘face to face’ consultation, prescription services and clinical oversight for the non prescribing practitioner. But that is up to you to negotiate with the non prescriber.
Are there any other benefits to working with PSUK
There most certainly are! Firstly, can offer both our Prescribers and Aesthetic Practitioners a comprehensive insurance package, with our UK insurance intermediary.
Secondly, we have UK pharmacies which provide our PSUK networkers discounted consumables and products – just for being part of PSUK. We will be adding more sponsors to our website as we negotiate more amazing deals for our PSUK Network.
